Booth Video to Stop People in Their Tracks
How do you get your product noticed in a crowd of 1800 technology vendors? At a trade show as crowded as National Association of Broadcasters annual conference, it’s important to have content that literally stops people in their tracks. Matt Vaughan, Sr. Technical Marketing Manager at Intel’s Thunderbolt demo booth at NAB knows this well. That’s why he partnered with Four Winds Creative to produce a 3 minute story to do just that for his recent demo at NAB 2016. We went on the show floor to see how he used the short story of the forging of a horseshoe, to stop people in their tracks and start a conversation about Thunderbolt technology.
“Content is king,” isn’t just a saying for Matt, it’s a lesson he’s learned. “Great storytelling and beautiful images are a winning combo to get people to pay attention even at the most crowded show floors.” Hear about Matt’s thoughts on storytelling and why original content like the horseshoe video is so important when trying to explain new technology in his demos on and off the show floor.
